Its an eye opening watch fred,basically the guards in the prison have a token presence having relinquished power to the inmates who run the place,no way could that happen in the west and no way should it have been allowed to happen in pinas,i wonder what has happened to the celebrity kidnapping prisoners since duterte has taken power?
