A place for everything, everything in it's place, always put things back exactly as you found them, comes to mind.
But as i explained i know where i have left them but as where i live i live with others and not alone sometimes things are used by others and maybe they are not like me they think i may use it again, then they forget.
It will turn up somewhere, i am lucky i have a few spare tools.
