It's an interesting question.
I've no idea what the resultant postitives would be for Scotland or the resultant negatives for UK.
It seem to have been decanted down to a choice between the EU and Independance. It's quite possible that Scotland could become a net gain in EU grants but depends how fast the EU transforms to a Federal EU and also what is developing in terms of the Euro.

I'm living here in Philippines so can be quite remote from the passions.
