Who's is that £20 note on the shop floor?

Well what would you do if you found a £20 note on the shop floor, would you hand it in to the shop keeper and what would they do with it i wonder.
Now what would happen if you found it in the street , again would you hand it in or just pocket it.
In the news there is a person who dd not hand it in when found in the shop floor and now she has a police record and a fine of £175.
