Feeling a little off it

We all feel unwell or just off it sometimes , and the last few days i have felt bloated and not hungry at all, and i mus say a little windy too.
Is it something i have eating i wonder
I have just changed the bread i eat to super seeded bread and i have even started to eat smokey cheese too, now could something so small make me feel different.
The other day i did overdose on wine gums but thats between you and me.
Hopefully the weekends here so no work and that may make me feel better,

I know what u mean.I have a bit of the lurgy.The problem with living on an island is there is no where for the virus to go.You catch it then it goes round and when it comes back it's changed strain again so u catch it again.Dam lurgy!
Just to make u feel better tho..I have an ankle op on tues then on wed I have to go to Exeter hospital to discuss my collapsed disc in my neck.
