It's BPI Europe, from their web page it says remittance is free. I use BPI here in the Philippines and never had a problem.
We used to use BPI Europe a lot to send our R.P remittances..Easy peasy.

I will Terpe but just got back from 4 days fishing break with the hubby,accommodation got no internet which is not a problem but the place was spectacular with hot tub and 7 lakes to choose from and we were blessed with good weatherLet us know what transpires if you do,but i will try to resolve my issue with BDO as well
