A year in Spain

Remember me telling you about the chap who took early retirement last September.
Well after so many trips to Spain looking for the right area he thinks he has found it.
He is moving into the Murcia area , not to sure where but its a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom new bungalow , small garden , roof deck and so on.
It is not furnished and he has got a 1 year contract fixed at 400 euros per calendar month, bills are not included, the contract starts this coming May.
He is so excited about this and a new chapter in his life too, also he has said its a free holiday for me and Emma , but we shall see.
Good luck i say , plus after a year he will know if its right or wrong for him.

He is a keen cyclists and walker, and truth be known he doesn't want much out of life.
I too have not been to that area but a free holiday might persuade me.

I just looked at Wikipedia. Seems to get very hot in summer
