So for 1 hour the driver sat there doing nothing , then he moved his vehicle less then 1 mile to take his dinner break for another 45 minutes .
Yes you are entitled to a dinner break and other breaks too, but when there is not a chance of me having mine well heads will roll next week when the owners son is back, both barrels will be fired.
