    But I am relieved to say there are NONE. ... because, some years after the introduction of Margaret Thatcher's 'Right To Buy' policy, I took the opportunity of purchasing the former council house (in which I still live) on a straight Capital & Interest Mortgage, fully paid up 15 years' later - without involving either an Endowment Plan or the need for PaymentProtection Insurance at ANY point.
