    Council tax bill throught the letter box

    Have you got your council tax bill through the post.
    Mine was waiting for me when i got home from work and yes its gone up 4.5 %.
    Its still very good i am thinking in total its gone up around £34 , i cannot understand what all the fuse was about it having to go up to pay for this and that.
    What has yours gone up too.

    Ours has just gone up by £4 per month that is now £99!

    In France for a decent sized detached place with large grounds its about £55/65 per month...

    There are pros and cons for living anywhere, weather is a big factor too.
