More Road Rage with shooting in Cebu

Mayor Osmena has been going after him since...Even ordered the PNP to raid Peter`s (Drug lord fathers) house even after a judge refused a warrant..
He`s given him self up now and immediately filed a case against the poor guy he shot in his legs.
Osmena says he will back up and support the victim..
Hopefully the victim will accept..But I doubt it.

After spending two nights in jail, road rage shooting suspect David Lim Jr. can now go home.
The Cebu City Prosecutor’s Office set the bail for his temporary liberty at P144,000 for two criminal charges in relation to the shooting and wounding of nurse Ephraim Nuñal following a traffic altercation last Sunday.
