It seems that the so called Islamic state is claiming that they was behind this attack, but can we be sure.
Any sort of mad person who kills someone these days or tries to do damage they could say we was behind them all just for publicity.
This person could have had a grudge about anything who knows.
If he was part of the Islamic state i think London was very lucky not to be picking up parts of a blown up car and bodies.
