    Driving to france soon

If you are going to drive to France from now on you will need one of these,
It is a sticker to put onto your window screen and if you dont you will be fined a £117 , so for just a few £££s to buy before your trip its got to be worth it.
I wonder if its going to be a big sticker to say you are British and then they can stone your car for leaving the EU

Only need the sticker if you're driving in Paris, Lyon or Grenoble by the look of it

You are right Simon for now, but how long will it be before a french police officer will be waiting with a fine book and a credit card reader the other side of the water, Bretix and with this new revenue is good for France .

Typical drama from the press. This is something which has been in place in some German cities for a few years now.

    All you need for Europe:
    - Hi viz vests (keep inside the cabin, not the boot, French Police keen on this one)
    - Last-aid kit
    - Warning triangle
    - GB sticker or plate
    - Take original registration document (French and Italian police care more about ownership than insurance - ask me how i know...)
    - Your insurance covers you third party for European countries (for now at least!)
    - I always take, but have never used, breakdown insurance (and that includes many trips in TVRs)

I love driving in France but with today's traffic it's just so busy everywhere,
Yesterday was a editing day with pictures.

What with Brexit etc,you might be better off ripping off the GB sticker and putting on fake frog plates.. (unless you really like eggs)
