I saw that on live leaks,no pity nor emotion on the voice of the person filming, makes you wonder how that poor lady ended up on the outside of the window?When I lived in Hong Kong a Filipino maid and her lady employer were locked out of their apartment, it was one of the top floors, the lady somehow convinced the Filipina it would be a good idea to tie a rope round her waist and be lowered down to the balcony from the flat communal roof, it didn't end well for the Filipina.
Sometimes you're flush and sometimes you're bust, and when you're up, it's never as good as it seems, and when you're down, you never think you'll be up again. But life goes on.
