OK ... ... I realise as much ... but I'm gonna mention the fact anyway:

"'s NOTHING", some here might point out, ... "there're plenty of folk who've stayed all their lives in the one place"!

True enough,! However, bear in mind, this is the 'mobile' age (mobile s apart) when many people are locating elsewhere because of job changes/transfers and so forth.
