    Spouse visa "on hold"

Hi everyone. I've been seeing on other forums that people are having their spouse visa applications being put "on hold". Have any of you heard this? Some people seem to think that ALL settlement visas are being placed on hold. The emails people getting state it is due to a Supreme Court ruling on 22nd February and is effecting those who are below the minimum financial requirements or have children involved. However people effected are saying that their finances are fine and their spouses are not married. This has me worried as my wife is due to have her appointment in Manila on 1st June.

Surely there would be evidence if ALL are on hold?

I see your from sunny Salford, what part of Salford are you from ssbib

I don't think it is all settlement visa applications just those that are near the financial threshold and that have non EU kids.

this doesn't help much as the latest month for the stats is February

Number of days to process application
    5 days 10 days 15 days 30 days 60 days 90 days
    % of applications decided 1% 24% 27% 32% 98% 100%

The above data is for all decisions made in February 2017

It's hard and testing I know. We had our trials, but in the end with careful preparation & prayer we overcame.

Hope and pray that soon you will have all your heart desires & dreams come true as mine did with my wife.

    Take care,
    John
