We are going to Cebu in September and I vape.
My nephew spends quite a bit of time in Cebu. There's vape shops there, but he doesn't think much of them. He takes his vape stuff (whatever that is, I think it's that liquid) with him from UK.
Sometimes you're flush and sometimes you're bust, and when you're up, it's never as good as it seems, and when you're down, you never think you'll be up again. But life goes on.
