    Red face "Upskirting"

Never heard of it? ... neither had I! NOT until spotting the link posted below.

AMAZING what some blokes get "up" to. It is, apparently, a modern form of voyeurism ... courtesy of their mobile phone cameras.

Legally, an act of this nature can ONLY be prosecuted within the UK if it occurs in Scotland.

Elsewhere, such violations of privacy are treated as "acts of gross indecency" and/or "public nuisance", ... dealt with - at most - by a nominal fine imposed at a Magistrates' Courts.

But one victim is intent on "redressing" ('scuse pun) the balance - by campaigning for a change in how the law presently operates in that (dis)respect.

... but, when you think things through ... ... have the latest technological gadgets really made all that much difference? I doubt it, because - regardless of what I've quoted in the undernoted paragraph:-

Legally, an act of this nature can ONLY be prosecuted within the UK if it occurs in Scotland.
Even so, pornographic *images were already appearing in National dailies - featuring, regularly, on Page 3 of 'the Sun', for instance - as long as 50 years' ago. Story was,*these must've been taken from "all angles" by
"pygmy photographers," a well~earned nickmame for (dare one say?) "certain types" of press sharpshooters back then.

But one victim is intent on redressing ('scuse pun) the issue - by campaigning for a change in how the law presently operates in that respect:

........................................ 's unlikely while the government claims its hands are tied ... with so very few British women wearing skirts nowadays.
