After successful application. Thanks for all the help here.
Most of the documents were not returned.
So if as in our case we supplied many originals, not all were certified copies (by attorney or lawyer)
We may have some problems in the future
the website does not say if you pay to have your passport and documents returned
They will NOT return ALL the documents.
Also I used the telephone advice service, it cost £20 (they quote will debit £5) and they could not say which documents needed to be originals, in fact continually put on hold, and the guy knew less than me
there is an email service................think that may be more helpful at £5 definitely cheaper
