Overslept!

Unusually for me on a Sunday morning ... so missed church! Oh yes, Myrna woke me up several times, but all I did was roll over and go back to sleep.

Ah well ... ... I must've needed it, because last night I felt "fair puggl't" - as the expression for being 'very tired' is referred to up here in Scotland.

If only I could... Gone are the days I would go to bed at 3am and awake around 11am on my days off.

I tend to fall asleep around 9pm these days and am awake anytime between 5-6am... sometimes I lay in bed and browse the internet until Kianna wakes up and demands my attention... other days I take the opportunity to catch up on my tv shows from that week (headphones in)
