I will be coming to the Philippines on October 4th, then leaving on November 1st, returning on 18th November until 3rd December, will my two 30 day visa free stay cover both stays ? in other words am entitled to visa free for both stays ?

As long as you exit the country you get a new fresh visa on re-entry, just like the visa-runs people do in ThailandGoing anywhere nice?

Yep, being a Brit means you just don't need a visa until you've been there 30 days... each time you enter the country.
