I've always thought those two were an odd pairing. They've been together for decades which is no mean feat - although to me they seem like chalk & cheese. On TV I never noticed much chemistry between them.
She hasn't aged well at all whereas he is peter pan,eternal youth,good genetics.
Sometimes you're flush and sometimes you're bust, and when you're up, it's never as good as it seems, and when you're down, you never think you'll be up again. But life goes on.

My my...she really looks old now. She was never a beauty in the first place.

Fat or thin, it's what's inside that matters. I am sure they are a happily married couple.
What makes you sure of that ?
Well one can't be 100% sure as their married life is obviously private BUT, being an optimist, I would like to think it was as they have been together a long time.
