I will go with Hong Kong,Singapore,and Toronto being safer than London,and Karachi being a very dangerous place I wouldn't go with Ho Chi Minh being more dangerous than manila however Maybe the murder rate figures bumped up through extra judicial killings have made manila statistically dangerous,who knows.
