I will go with Hong Kong,Singapore,and Toronto being safer than London,and Karachi being a very dangerous placeI wouldn't go with Ho Chi Minh being more dangerous than manila however
Maybe the murder rate figures bumped up through extra judicial killings have made manila statistically dangerous,who knows.
