35,000 PHP for Boracay accommodation with private beach

Boracay is the one place i have avoided whenever i have been on Tour, i have no inclination to go there, from what im told its over priced, and over crowded.

Likewise.

My last apartment (last year, brand new, 2 beds with huge balcony) cost p5,000 a month.

Not in Boracay, fair enough, but nicely situated , peaceful, and 20 minute trike ride from a beautiful beach.

I agree with you graham, I really have no interest in following the tourists. Find the Philippine’s hidden treasures is far better.
i think people forget that Luzon has many beautiful places to see. Where we live Graham we are pretty much spoiled for choice and have deserted beaches to ourselves.
