I need to send a letter to a person who is in Manila now, but she doesn't have a postal address where she can receive the letter.
So I would like to send the letter to a post office and then she will be able to pick up the letter from them.

Do you know if there is a service like that in Manila?

It's not available in the Philippines. Why won't she have a mail address? Just send it straight to her home address. It's just a letter.

Send her an e-mail. I assume you're in contact. If it's documents scan and e-mail. If she has no abode and is sleeping on the streets, a family member's address will suffice.

It's a gift, I can't scan or send it by email.. The value is very little anyway (so it's not a big problem if doesn't arrive).
But I can't send it to her mail address (oh, don't ask me to explain why is that..).

Let's say that that she is traveling in Philippines and she doesn't have a home address...
What about LBC? Do you know how it could cost to send a letter from Dublin (Ireland)? (If it's more than 5€ maybe is not worth it..).

Sounds a bit odd to me, no address ... traveling in the Philippines....

Well, even in Phils most people have an address to forward things to. I assume she lives somewhere. While its not up to us to comment on your friendship/relationship, I would be a little wary going forward.Why?
