Hi all

Trying to help a friend sell his place in Batangas.

All the legals are covered and I'm advertising outside the Phils, but has anyone used a good online portal over there who are (above all),
trustworthy?!

Had a look at a few and have had vague payment options, phishing add ons and of course viruses.

Anyone tried this and had any success?
Or have I just been unlucky?
