Lightbulb Points To Ponder as You Age

Death is, undeniably, the world's BIGGEST killer!
    Life
    is sexually transmitted.
Good health is merely the slowest rate at which to die. Besides ... ... health freaks are, at some stage, gonna feel stupid lying in hospital, dying of nowt!

Give a person a fish ... and you will feed him/her for a day. Teach that person how to use the internet ... and he/she won't bother you for weeks, months - even years.

    ALL
of us could learn a lesson from the weather; it's totally oblivious to criticism.

Back in the 1960s, people took drugs to make the world weird. Now, tho' - when the world's gone - folk take 'Prozac' in an attempt to feel normal!

    But,

    ... don't wo
rry about *growing old. ...*it won't last long.

I never worry about growing old Arthur, I concentrate on what to do next or in a year or two or even 10 years time, always look forward to the future. I'm pondering at the moment on building a model railway in the loft, if so it will keep me busy for a couple of years or more plus I have quite a few things I'm busy with at the moment (garden, car, sort shed out, holiday in Philippines later this year and of course my most important job baby sitting) .

Nor me, Michael, ... 'cos I despair when I look around and see the extent to which insane "political correctness" has infiltrated society in recent years.

Yet, there's still much the likes of you and I can be thankful for ~ not least, free bus travel for senior citizens.

.................................................................... Moreover, Myrna has her pass too, now.
