iv never been a fan of the royals but i look at it this way they are a part of our heritage and our culture, and if it came to a vote royalty or no royalty i would vote for royalty, enough of our culture has already been chipped away, so up the Royals, up the poppy and everything thats English, is it still legal to be English or do i have to be britishI've never really understood the adulation for the Royal Family. Maybe, but they belong in a different world to the average person so they may as well be aliens.
They are a huge and profitable tourist attraction.
They have done me no harm.
They do TRY to set high standards.
Yet the taxpayer has to subsidise them!
