Tried to call Prudential to find out why one of my pensions has not been paid, answer phone says due to the virus call back next week sometime. That pension is used to pay utility bills.

That is well out of order mate.

We have computers and automated electronic transfers now. No excuse !

State pension and Pru arrive at correct time in UK, if it's supposed to be good Friday we get it on the Thursday and at weekend if Sat receive on Friday if Sunday receive Monday.
