Hi everyone,

This is Pam. I have a query about ILR. My visa FLR will expire August 2021,when is the earliest time I can apply for ILR, it says on the website that the decision will be made within 6 months? Any info will be much appreciated.

You should have been eligible to apply for the ILR visa 28 days before the completion of your 5 years from the date of entry (when you first landed in the UK). What is the expiration date of your FLR? Please take note that you will get a refusal of ILR if you apply beyond the expiration date of your FLR. It's already almost the end of August 2020.
