    Covid-19 vaccination

Well My wife yesterday has just had her first Covid-19 vaccination, she's a priority because she's works in A&E

it will be a while I think before I get the call for the jab because of my

where I work, there are about 50 of us, there are about 5 who claim they have caught covid since March last year. But who really knows if people have or haven't

The Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine was the first jab approved in the UK, and 944,539 people have had their first jab.

mass testing of school kids will start very soon in the UK

Keep safe and hopefully with the vaccines now being used the tide will turn

    Hey joe!

    Great hearing from you again.

Keith's aunt and uncle had their vaccines before Christmas I think. They have health issues so were given a priority. Keith and his parents are still waiting for the GPs go ahead for them. As for me, it might be by July.

Hope you and your family are doing well.

Think it will be a long time before we get jabs in the Philippines.

My family and I will avoid it for as long as possible at all cost.

There may come a time when we have no choice but to submit.

I am hoping that I can get my jab in the UK by about April, that will be twelve months without any travel.

I suspect it will be 2022 before the Philippines starts to re-open again.
    A long time apart...

I have no plans to take the vaccine jab. I had covid back in May with minor symptoms. Headache, a couple of days with no energy and then a cough for a week and i am mid 50's and fit for my age.
I will wait for as long as possible before i take any vaccine.

Too late for me. Just found out I am positive despite not having COVID symptoms. I just have flu like symptoms which 111 told me I didn’t need to get a Covid test. 3 days later I did and now self isolating for 10 days

Not certain whether you will have acquired immunity after your earlier infection, and if any acquired immunity will apply to new variants of the virus.
There are so many questions still unanswered.

The British AstraZeneca vaccine is heading to Manilla,
I thought that Chinese and Russian vaccines were at the front of the queue.

Metro Manila (CNN Philippines, January 6)
Quezon City has sealed a deal with British drugmaker AstraZeneca for 750,000 doses of its COVID-19 jab, Mayor Joy Belmonte said Wednesday, in what is the first known supply agreement secured by a local government.

Cheers guys. Think so far I am lucky with my symptoms and just feeling like I have the flu. Although today I am feeling the worst I have since Sunday. Can’t even eat as my food isn’t staying down. Hopefully this is the worst of it!

Think I am just over the worse of it. Still struggling to keep food down and have lost almost 6kg in weight in 10 days. I don’t even recognise my face in the mirror now!
Taking some anti sickness tablets a good friend of my wife’s gave to me which is helping a fair bit.
Biggest thing is I can sit down for hours and feel ok, but as soon as I move around the house I start coughing and getting out of breath. I feel like a 80 a day smoker and I haven’t smoked for god knows how long!

Had my first vaccine on the 10th Jan, no side effects at all at the moment. I was told I may get my second dose in about six weeks

Been a bit slower up here in Scotland for people of our age group, Michael ... but pleased to say I've an appointment booked to have mine a week today - next Thursday forenoon - all being well.

Ah ... ... too far ahead, as yet, to guage the number of weeks that are likely to elapse between the first and second doses for us!

Robert F. Kennedy Jr. Warns: Don’t Take a Covid-19 Vaccine Under Any Circumstances
If you are even just considering getting vaccinated for the Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19), Robert F. Kennedy Jr. has a message for you: don’t do it!
The nephew of former president John F. Kennedy recently issued a public statement urging people everywhere to avoid the COVID-19 jab at all costs because it contains an untested new technology known as mRNA, the long-term side effects of which are completely unknown.
mRNA directly alters the genetic material of those who receive it, much like what happens when “scientists” genetically engineer (GMO) food crops like soybeans or corn to make them resistant to bugs or drought.

We will avoid this so called vaccine for as long as possible in order to observe the situation for a year or two.
See how it goes.. I think that's a sensible option given there are zero cases on our little paradise island.

Unfortunately, ... the Kennedy clan wasn't exactly renowned for keeping its members in the land of the living, one way or t'other.

... 'twould be sheer folly NOT to take advantage of this lifeline as soon as it's offered on your island paradise, in my opinion, ... but, there again, s your prerogative.

It`s just how farmers herd up, guide and direct an entire herd through a toxic laced Sheep dip.
I bet the BBC doesn't provide the type of information below.

DR ANDREW WAKEFIELD: THIS IS NOT A VACCINE IT IS AN IRREVERSIBLE GENETIC MODIFICATION - PLEASE SHARE

People who have not accepted vaccination offers could get knocks on the door from council staff in an attempt to convince sceptics “home by home”, the vaccines minister has suggested.

    Wtf!

I believe most LGUs have availed the Astra Zeneca vaccine. Here's the current list of the LGUs with signed deals with the vaccines.

Told that "front-liners" in Tacloban are being offered the vaccine, but they are unhappy that it might be the Chinese version.

    My response: Become a "front-liner".
