That`s good to hear Dave..Sounds a bit like I remember them operating back in the day.
I called them in Manila with just a question about Brit passports.. Some young English girl on the other end would not entertain my question or would even refer me to someone that could. Arrogant b***!!
I swore I would never call them again.
