    Exclamation Uber Drivers Must Be Treated As Workers Rather Than Self-Employed

    's in line with a new ruling by the Supreme Court. Accordingly, this could entitle them to at least the minimum wage + statutory holiday pay.

    This is fine for the ones who aren't dodging paying income tax...and/or fraudulently claiming benefits while working (says I, as an ex-Benefit Office employee ).

    Many prefer to be a part of the 'black economy' .
