    Travel from the Phils is to be banned from next week

    There are exemptions however such as nurses.

    Difficult to see light at the end of the tunnel with all these constantly changing rules, they just seem to get worse.

    How do countries get removed from the red list, or will travel from the Philippines be banned forever?
