President Rodrigo Duterte has ordered a 10-day period of mourning - during which the nation's flag will be flown at half-mast - in honour of his predecessor, Benigno "Noynoy"Aquino III who passed away peacefully in his sleep on Thursday past following renal failure believed to've been caused by diabetic neuropathy.
