Fred - The EDL wasn't disbanded a decade ago. It is still alive and well. Its leader was due in the High Court this week, but done a runner out of the country. You are confusing it with the British National Party.
Rory - We don't give any more benefits than the other European countries, we actually offer one of the lowest. They get the bare minimum of £49, as made clear under International Law. In Germany, they can get up to £86 a week. Sweden £59. Spain about the same as the UK. Every European country has to supply living accommodation and medical treatment as standard.

I do think Tommy Robinson getting 18 months jail term and having to pay the Syrian refuge £100,000 in compensation just a little extreme. He has become a political prisoner. At the end of the day he is trying to protect his own country and what does he get... 18 months.
I agree there are a few trouble causes that follow the EDL that are extremists and go too far. Civil war is coming soon. I am happy i am leaving soon, i think i will just miss it.
