Yes, better to pay a few peso more for fuller flavour when you find something to your taste.
Do you "flambe" like an Irish coffee, or just pour it in, top it up?
i used to do the irish coffee real cream floating on top ran in off the back of a spoon, but then i would use Glenfidick scots single malt whisky, now i just poor the cheap stuff in my coffee with an extra sugar and milk, one problem here is getting real cream
