Aurora and Perseids Meteor Shower

Did anyone see the Aurora or Perseids Meteor Shower on Sunday/Monday night?

I saw the low glow of the aurora, but at 10pm, it was a bit early. I've seen the Perseids Meteor Shower a few times in the past.

It was ted early at 10 PM. Regarding The Perseids Meteor Shower I caught a glimpse of it too but have you ever tried stargazing away from the city? If you haven't then you must try. It's like you explored another universe.

I live up in the Welsh mountains, so often get clear skies, apart from the Liverpool glow to the NW. I get to see really clear skies when in Nevada/California. They have some of the best prime sky sights on the planet.
