Got our visas today woohoooo!

wow after all that moaning and ranting, we finally got the visas...
thanks to all the peeps who post a very helpful threads and thanks for all the help and queries answered and thanks to all the admis, boss keith, sir pete and everyone
especially thanks to sis kimmi and sis jamz can't thank you enough guys its really great to get hold of the visas finally i can see my hubby again after 2 years of waiting

congrats!!!! Yes, don't forget your CFO sticker. I think x-ray is not important. When I arrived in London Heathrow they didn't asked me my x-ray, i don't know in other airport. The most important thing is that don't forget to bring your winter clothes, still cold here.

How long did you wait for visa - I see you say you have not seen your husband for two years , surely you've not waited that long !! Was there problems ??

yes, i havent seen my hubby for 2 years but we only lodged our application last dec 5 ... all in all 7 weeks of waiting lol but like everyone said you cant remember the frustrations and stressed and etc once you seen the visa stamp on your passport.

good luck oh yeah btw if its like 6 weeks and your visa havent arrive yet try to call them, coz they need a awake up call sometimes like sis kimmi and i did lol

coz when i called them jan 23 they said still processing but they issued the visa jan 24 so i got it yesterday. and sis kimmi (hope its ok for you to share it sis) she called the ukvacs on the 6week and she got an interview... so maybe they do need a wake up call
