Medical requirements when arriving in Phils

Hi,

Does anyone know if you need a certificate to show you are vaccinated against Yellow Fever when you arrive in the Phils?

only requirement i've ever seen was to wipe your feet on a mat at the airport to stop spreading bird flu and another time for sars
