hello can anyone help me ,my gf was denied a visiter visa she intended visiting a relation here in the uk aswell as seeing me ,she has now appealed but i think this process may take ages,i plan to visit her in february.do you know if i would be ok to proceed with a fiance visa while her appeal is pending .and will this afect our chances of a fiance visa,hope someone can help regards phillip
