Or a voip box, set up in uk, posted over to ph then plugges into there dsl..... then voil free phone calls, with a normal handset (pc doesnt have to be on) and using a local area code number....
sipgate and a linksys voip router... true free calls
wireless router connected to the dsl and mobile phone with wlan function, does the trick for us in phill
