Just a quick question, I live with my feisty filipino lady, (coming up to just over 3 and a half years now) she won't like me for this, but she is 35, and I'm 33. We met at work (nursing) and have been friends for over 6 years. Is anyone else on these forums a partner of a filipino through meeting them at work/pub in the UK? One thing sucks though, she looks younger than me (even at 8months pregnant!).

I think it's got something to do with salted shrimp, but even if you offered me immortality I'd have to take a rain-check!

my misses is nearly 6yrs younger than me, , why does that

means i can retire and she will still be working , in your case its only good, keep her working til shes done 25yrs for the nhs, and get that pension

I am the odd ball, although my honey is 20 years my junior, she is 40, looks thirty and is delightful, been around the world working abroad, and still the simple unaffected girl she was before leaving the Philippines.

lol it sucks to me because she's older than me! But filipinos are lucky that they don't age (or certainly don't appear to) as quickly as whites. The rate it's going, she'll still look 30 and I'll look 90 in the next few years
