She is going through the annulment process (currently ex-parte?) and we're working on the basis that she will be awarded sole responsibility of the 3 kids, ages 5, 8 and 10.

She's keen to get them over here to the UK asap - ideally this summer.

We are trying to understand exactly what needs to be done and when...I'll list the points we have noted below....if any of you could chip in with experience or knowledge on any of the points, I would be very grateful...
Doing the application as just girlfriend or to include me too? (we currently live together)
I'm not quite sure about this, but of course girlfriend is the one should be the main sponsor because she is the mother of the kids. You can be the co-sponsor though and help their application by providing a statement bill with funds available for the kids incase girlfriend will have a financial problem but this must explain in a cover letter that you are willing to help girlfriend .
Also provide documents showing that you and girlfriend lives in the same address, this proves that you have relationship with her.

Application gets sent to the embassy in Philippines and anywhere else too?
Visi this link, see how and where to send the application. http://www.vfs-uk-ph.com/

Comprising of:
6 months payslips
6 months bank statements
Sufficient cash at bank (£????how much is enough?)
copy of work permit
Letter from employer (certificate of employment)
Copy of residency Visa
I dont know how much, maybe a few hundreds or a couple of thousands of quid? As long that you or girlfriend have a healthy bank account and stable income this would be OK.

Assuming the annulment is granted - the surname of girlfriend will change back to her maiden name?

If this is the case, would this cause a problem with the existing paperwork (Passport, residency visa, work permit etc etc) - would all this need to be altered before submitting the application?
I dont know the answer about the annulment but Im sure it is not necessary to change all her paperwork to her single name (if she was granted the annulment) before she submits her childrens application to the embassy. The application is about the children coming over here and not girlfriend is getting married? and also i think the annulments takes few months or year to process?

We need to provide 'adequate accomodation' for the kids - this will require a house move, is there a minimum period of time that we would be required to be in posession of that property prior to the application being made?

Would anyone be able to point me in the direction of any other info on the internet if think it's relevant..

many thanks in advance for assistance...
girlfriend must provide evidence that there is a spare rooms for her children in your property.
