At 0136hrs this morning the 18th Feb, my darling mahal Ligaya gave birth to Joshau Peter, a healthy 3.7kg/8lb 2 and after a 15 hour assisted labour in Queen Marys hospital in Hong Kong she is somewhat knackered but very happy. I will be home for two weeks and after a family wedding ine her province in late March and a visit to our place in Palawan, Ligaya and Joshua will join me in Birmingham
