sounds like you've got everything covered..
your international signed for could take many weeks, if it gets there at all, always use a courier for important papers... you can email some, but beware some papers have to be orginal or certified copies..
i don't remember anyone on here,not recently anyway, getting a spouse visa refused, so as long as you've proved you have a genuine 'relationship' with your wife, you have somewhere for her to live and you got a bit of cash, you should be ok
, time period couple of weeks to 6wks seems the average wait for the result..
