Go to your nearest Citizen Advice Bureau or CAB, you will find their contact number in phonebook or by looking at their website http://www.nacab.org.uk/. The service is free!

i don't think you can work here at all, agency or not, you will need a workpermit.

The Training and Work Experience scheme or TWES visa service allows an organization to bring in a non-EU citizen for the purposes of training towards a professional or specialist qualification, or practical work experience, on the basis that the candidate will return to the organization's office in their home country to utilize the experience gained while working in the UK.

A TWES permit will only be granted to a person who is engaged in a capacity additional to the normal staffing requirements of the employer. Once a TWES application is successfully processed, an applicant will need to apply for entry clearance to come to the United Kingdom.

your suppose to be already employed in a company in the phils to use a twes, and be working in the uk for them only... if they haven't a office in the UK, looks like you've been scammed and this visa was obtained by fraud

Immigration at the UK airports should refused her entry if they think she can't work here?

If the paperwork is in place and immigration have no suspicions.

I belive from what i have been told of indivuals, a few phils working in care homes and the like have visas such as student visas maybe the type mentioned here as well.

from her post, it sounds to me, she knew what she was doing was wrong

she is already suppose to be working for a company in the phils, that have sent her to their offices in the uk for training/work experience..

you can work upto 20hrs a week on a student visa, the visa she has, i don't think she can work for any other company, as she suppose to be working full time for her employer in the phils...

who's going to employer her, if she is illegal, the employer here risks a big fine and at worse prison.

the gal risks being banned for a long time, from coming to the uk again if she is caught.

i'll save you some money, send me £5,000 and i'll save you £5,000, becuase if you employ someone who is not allowed to work in the uk, you can be fined £10,000 and/or face a prison sentence
