Hiya all. I've used the search button trying to find an answer to this question but came up with nothing. So please if anyone could answer this question and a friend of mine who is in dire situation. "Is requesting a Disabled Pass for a Filipina on a Spouse Visa here in the UK considered to have violated the condition NO RECOURSE TO PUBLIC FUNDS?" Thanks in advance.

Best to check with the local council as rules may vary slighty as to how its classified from area to area.
