hi thanks but you can only register the child birth cert in the phils if the father is present there too, when you pass the child BC at UK embassy.

our daughter is under join parent/parents in UK for settlement. i guess she will have to wait for 2 years for ILR then 1 year for naturalization before getting the british citizenship at all.
