Ok we heard today 34 days after applying. Would you believe fe got visa without interview?

A few things.
First: they returned everything , didnt even keep the copies.
Second: there was no letter with the docs just the passport with visa.
Three: Nothing about her interview about life in the UK. Does she have to have that?
I want to get back to uk asap.
